Enlighten Therapeutic is hosting it's annual Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway to support individuals and families in need during the holiday season. Community members can nominate themselves or others to receive a basket filled with traditional Thanksgiving meal items and essentials. The initiative is designed to ease financial stress, promote gratitude, and strengthen community connections by ensuring more households can enjoy a warm, nourishing holiday meal. Families receiving a basket will be informed. 

Join us for a transformative one-day retreat dedicated to empowering women on their journey to self-discovery, renewal, and empowerment. "EnlightenHer" offers a sanctuary where participants can release past burdens and embrace a future filled with light and opportunity.

On this day, immerse yourself in activities designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you, and fill your spirit with renewal and strength. Our carefully curated sessions will guide you through practices of holistic wellness, mindfulness, and personal empowerment.

The "From Roots to Renewal" workshop, held October 25, 2024,  is meticulously designed to equip survivors of domestic violence, stakeholders, and employees with both the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary to integrate Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This immersive program addresses the unique needs of individuals and families with a history of trauma, leveraging the healing power of creative expression alongside evidence-based cognitive techniques. Participants will explore various expressive arts modalities, including visual arts, music, dance, and drama, as well as CBT strategies to help survivors rebuild a sense of safety, identity, and resilience.

The focus of this event is to highlight and promote the importance of overall wholeness and wellness. We will have a variety of vendors who will focus on topics such as self-care, spiritual health, mental health, financial health, and physical health. The day will be filled with fun, music and demonstrations.
