In support of getting your appointment scheduled please ensure we have the following information:
(1) Please contact your insurance company to ensure Dr. Keyona Hall (lead Clinician and Owner) is within your insurance network plan if you are opting to use your health insurance (the accepted health insurance plans are BCBS, CareFirst, Aetna, Cigna, MD Medicaid and United Healthcare.
(2) If Dr. Hall is within your insurance network plan, please inquire about your annual deductible--if it needs to be met before the insurance pays the provider (Dr. Hall); this information is highly beneficial for you to prevent any out of pocket costs on your behalf
(3) If your deductible does not apply, please inquire if there is a copayment and what the amount is
(4) If you are opting to not use your insurance benefits please indicate upon your appointment request so and the session rate will be provided.
